Job Description

The Financial Analyst role is a member of the Workplace Investing Central Finance FP&A Team, The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of financial analytics and reporting to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. In addition to monthly & quarterly deliverables, you will be responsible for supporting the Budget & MYP process, helping to provide insightful analytics and working with business partners across WI & Corporate teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial analysis

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization experience helpful

  • Skill to navigate through complex datasets and identify trends, key points

  • Proficiency with data, databases, financials, and strong bias for ensuring data accuracy

  • Thorough understanding of financial concepts, methodologies, and accounting principles and how they affect business decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and adaptable team player

The Team

The Workplace Investing Central Finance Team collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, line finance and the strategy & planning team to drive finance initiatives and deliverables across WI. The candidate will develop expertise in financial planning, executive support, management reporting, and drivers of growth. As a member of Central Finance, the candidate will also have multiple opportunities to lead or contribute to critical short- and long-term finance initiatives being managed by the team.
