The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation Consultant - Finance Operations, Manager you will lead client support work focused on improving financial operations, streamlining processes, enhancing controls, and lowering costs through process redesign, systems implementation, automation, and shared services support. As a Manager you will coach teams, manage performance, and guide project workstreams with a focus on planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery, while motivating others and using technology to improve outcomes. Responsibilities
- Leading finance transformation workstreams that improve financial operations, controls, and cost efficiency
- Managing client engagement planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery across multiple project activities
- Guiding teams in assessing financial processes and identifying opportunities for automation and process redesign
- Developing solutions for finance systems implementation, shared services, and operating model improvements
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting activities
- Leveraging financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills to support decision making and client recommendations
- Coaching team members on accounting practices, internal controls, and transaction processing approaches
- Building relationships with client leaders to clarify needs, address issues, and navigate changing priorities
- Applying digital tooling and AI fluency to streamline work and improve operational performance
- Validating work against professional and technical standards and reinforcing firm policies and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
