Field Marketing Co-Op
The Team You'll Join

The Mirakl Ecosystem Marketing team supports Mirakl Connect, helping turn customers into vocal advocates across AMER and EMEA. The team's core mission is to make sure Sales and Marketing have strong, current customer proof points (case studies, quotes, slides and reviews) that help win new business. This function works closely with the broader Marketing and Sales organizations, including the Demand team, to drive customer advocacy and engagement.

6-month co-op or internship starting January 2027 | Based in Boston

This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit.

Your Impact
  • Create customer case studies and pull new proof points from existing customer content to support Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage Mirakl Connect's customer quote bank and insert slide library, building new slides and making existing ones look better and work harder.
  • Keep regional logo slide libraries up to date as customers sign and churn.
  • Own the "Ask Connect Marketing" AI engine: add new content, spot opportunities for improvement, and roll out enhancements.
  • Run G2 review campaigns by building contact segments from positive customer survey responses and working with the Demand team to schedule and send review request emails.
  • Write copy for customer announcements across email, LinkedIn and paid social.
  • Support customer community events and roundtables by building HubSpot landing pages and emails and coordinating Zoom logistics.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:
  • Currently pursuing higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • *Preferred - Experience with HubSpot, Zoom webinars and/or Dust.

Skills:
  • Strong writer who can adapt your tone across case studies, social posts and email.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, and comfortable keeping content libraries accurate and current.
  • An eye for design and comfortable building polished slides in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Creative problem-solver who can work both independently and with a team.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and handle requests from stakeholders across Marketing and Sales.
  • Curious about AI tools and how technology can make teams more efficient.
  • Interested in B2B SaaS, eCommerce and marketplaces, and eager to contribute to marketplace innovation.
