Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within our Legal, Government Affairs, and Public Policy team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering strong team collaboration.
You’ll bring a keen sense of discretion, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We're looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and reliable but who also brings curiosity and the confidence to suggest improvements and enhance how we work together. This is a hybrid position based in Boston, Massachusetts reporting to the Vice President, Legal.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Anticipate needs and take initiative to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Collaborate in a supportive, values-driven environment where everyone contributes to our shared success
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or global organization
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
