Our Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to multiple Boston senior leaders across the Snyk. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of their daily operations, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Provide administrative support for various duties and special projects as needed.
Process and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
What You’ll Need:
3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant role.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
We’d be Lucky if You:
Background in supporting Engineering or Product leaders.
This position may be responsible for accessing, handling and protecting sensitive and confidential information. The successful candidate will have access to secure systems and networks containing this information and must adhere to strict security protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001). Background checks and security clearances are required for this position to ensure the protection of sensitive information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
