This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze data for executive decision-making, and help build the foundation for our continued growth. For a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, this position provides both the challenge and opportunity to make a significant impact at a leading global technology company.

  • Execute complex calendar management with strong prioritization skills
  • Drive end-to-end travel coordination for domestic and international trips
  • Process timely expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
  • Act as a thought partner, anticipating needs and bringing critical information forward
  • Manage the Boston office visitor experience and general daily operations:
  • Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring seamless and professional experiences
  • Oversee logistics including building access and team awareness
  • Support with receiving deliveries and ensuring that recipients are aware
  • Supporting operational excellence
  • Organize and prepare data and additional content for executive reporting and presentations
  • Facilitate local and global team meetings, managing scheduling conflicts
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision-making
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration:
  • Facilitate consistent communication between Boston and global offices
  • Support executives' internal commitments and committee work
  • Guide teams toward efficient use of executive time
  • Coordinate with global EA team to align on executive priorities and initiatives

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:

  • 3+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a technology company
  • Proven ability to manage multiple executives simultaneously in a high-volume environment
  • Advanced digital proficiency with modern business tools and technologies
  • Analytical capabilities for data preparation and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to make appropriate trade-offs
  • Professional presence with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfort with fluctuating workload and changing priorities
  • Available to work in our downtown Boston HQ office 4 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants.
