Mission

Help product teams across EverHealth solve real customer problems and ship experiences that are simple, useful, and effective — not just attractive screens.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Insights analysts and Engineers as part of a cross-functional product team.
  • Participate in discovery to understand customer problems through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback.
  • Help define the problem before jumping to the solution.
  • Explore multiple solution paths through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Validate ideas early with customers, users, and internal experts before teams commit to building.
  • Collaborate closely through implementation to make sure the shipped experience matches the intent.
  • Use customer feedback and product metrics to improve experiences after launch.
  • Contribute to and maintain the EverHealth design system so teams move faster with more consistency.
  • Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design workflows — while applying human judgment, customer evidence, and craft standards.

What you own

  • The clarity and usability of the experiences you design.
  • The quality of the design artifacts teams use to build: flows, prototypes, specs, interaction details, and edge cases.
  • The customer evidence behind your recommendations.
  • The fit between user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
  • The consistency of patterns across the portfolio where shared standards make the experience better.

How you’ll be measured

  • Teams have a clearer understanding of the customer problem before they build.
  • Designs reduce friction, confusion, clicks, workarounds, and support burden.
  • Product experiences are easier to use, easier to learn, and easier to trust.
  • Engineers have the detail and context they need to build with quality.
  • The design system becomes more useful, more adopted, and more complete over time.
  • Customers and users feel the difference in the shipped product.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery.
  • A strong portfolio that shows problem solving, not just polished UI.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
  • Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Practical experience using AI to move faster, without outsourcing judgment, research, or taste.

Where: 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:  

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
