Role:

Marketing Operations at EverHealth is split into two distinct functions within the Revenue Operations organization. The Systems & Analytics Specialist owns the technical half: the marketing automation platforms, the data architecture, the lead scoring and routing models, and the reporting infrastructure that the entire marketing and GTM engine runs on.

EverHealth operates across four product lines — DrChrono (HubSpot + SFDC), CMD (Marketo + SFDC), Updox (HubSpot + SFDC), and iSalus (SharpSpring + SFDC) — each with its own MAP instance and integration requirements. This role consolidates what has historically been product-siloed technical

work into a single, product-agnostic systems owner who sets standards, enforces governance, and builds the automation infrastructure that Campaign Operations executes against. This role reports directly to the Head of GTM systems and process optimization and operates as a cross-functional technical partner to Marketing leadership, RevOps Analytics, and GTM Systems. This role will build a modern unified marketing infrastructure that treats all four products as one commercial engine.

Responsibilities:

MAP Administration and Technical Governance:

• Own the technical administration and governance of all marketing automation platforms across

the EverHealth product portfolio. Set the standards that Campaign Operations executes against.

• HubSpot administration — DrChrono and Updox instances: system configuration, user access, data field governance, integration health

• Marketo administration — CMD instance: workspace configuration, program architecture, API integrations, database hygiene

• SharpSpring administration — iSalus instance: platform configuration, pipeline sync, lead management rules

• Salesforce marketing integration — own the MAP-to-SFDC sync for all four products: field mapping, object sync rules, error monitoring, and data flow governance

• Cross-product naming conventions and taxonomy — define and enforce the standards for campaigns, assets, lists, and programs across all MAP instances

• Database hygiene — own the processes for deduplication, suppression, bounce management, and HIPAA-compliant data handling across all platforms

• Vendor management — primary technical relationship with HubSpot, Marketo, SharpSpring, and integration tool vendors (Zapier, Workato, or equivalent)

Lead Intelligence – Scoring, Routing and Lifecycle:

• Build and maintain the lead intelligence layer that makes marketing output actionable for Sales. Lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation are the operating system of the demand generation engine.

• Design, build, and tune behavioral + firmographic lead scoring for each product line; align thresholds with Sales to define MQL criteria

• Own the logic that routes leads from MAP to SFDC to the correct rep, queue, or product team; ensure zero routing failures

• Build and maintain the automation workflows for each lifecycle stage: new lead nurture, MQL re-engagement, lost opportunity, and win-back sequences

• ICP data enrichment — manage enrichment tools and ensure ICP data is flowing into SFDC and

MAP correctly for all four products:

• Partner with AI specialist in AI tool evaluation and adoption. identify, pilot, and recommend AI- powered tools that improve marketing infrastructure: predictive lead scoring platforms (6sense, Demandbase), AI-driven attribution, content intelligence tools, and automation co-pilots

• Own predictive and AI-assisted lead scoring. Leverage AI-powered scoring to supplement and progressively replace rule-based models; continuously retrain and tune against MQL-to-SAL conversion outcomes across all four products

Marketing Analytics and Reporting Infrastructure:

• Own the reporting infrastructure that makes marketing accountable to pipeline. Build the dashboards, models, and data pipelines that answer critical questions around pipeline drivers, product acquisition efficiency, and funnel areas to be fixed• Build and maintain the single source of truth for marketing KPIs: MQL volume, MQL-to-SAL and SQL conversion, pipeline sourced, CPL by channel, and CAC by product

• Own the full-funnel view from first touch through closed-won, with attribution modelling across all four products

• In partnership with Revenue Analytics, build the models that define the ideal customer profile (ICP) per product and identify which segments convert fastest and retain longest

• Implement and maintain multi-touch attribution across MAP and SFDC; ensure campaign influence is tracked and reported consistently

• Build the marketing slides for the monthly and quarterly business reviews; own the data behind every number

• Produce the weekly marketing KPI digest for VP Marketing and VP RevOps

• Own the integrations between MAP, SFDC, and any BI layer (Tableau, Looker, or SFDC dashboards) that marketing reporting depends on

• Generative AI for reporting first drafts — use LLMs to generate draft commentary for weekly KPI digests, post-campaign summaries, and QBR marketing sections; define and enforce a review and approval process before any AI-generated content is distributed

Required Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
• 4+ years in Marketing Operations with hands-on administration of at least two enterprise MAP platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SharpSpring, or equivalent)

• Demonstrated ownership of a Salesforce-MAP integration. You have built or rebuilt sync rules, managed field mapping, and resolved data flow issues.

• Experience building lead scoring models from scratch, not configuring templates, but designing the model, aligning with Sales, and tunning it over time

• Experience building lifecycle automation and nurture programs. You can write the brief, build the workflow, set up the reporting, and iterate based on results

• Strong reporting and analytics capability. You are comfortable in SFDC reports, MAP analytics, and at least one BI tool; you build dashboards and provide the insights.

• Solid understanding of B2B marketing data hygiene from deduplication, suppression, CASL/CAN- SPAM compliance, and HIPAA considerations for healthcare marketing

• Exceptional communication skills. Ability to influence and land actionable insights with executive team and agency

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You can explain to a VP why a sync error matters and what it will take to fix it

• Working knowledge of AI tools relevant to marketing operations — you have used LLMs, AI- powered MAP features, or predictive analytics tools in a professional context and can speak to what they are and are not good for Preferred

• Experience operating across multiple MAP instances simultaneously. You have managed more than one platform in the same role

• Healthcare or health-tech industry experience. Familiarity with HIPAA marketing constraints, BAA requirements, and healthcare buyer personas

• Experience with data enrichment tools: ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, or equivalent

• Multi-touch attribution modelling experience. You have implemented attribution in practice.

• Familiarity with revenue operations concepts: pipeline contribution, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and NRR
