 About the Role

We’re seeking an Events & Sponsorship Specialist to lead and orchestrate experiences that do more than represent our brand — they create real value for the people we serve. Whether it’s a flagship conference presence, a curated field event, or a targeted direct mail activation, you’ll help us design and deliver moments that matter: experiences that connect, inform, and inspire.

This role blends events and marketing strategy with precision execution. You’ll manage end-to-end programs that bring our brand to life in unexpected, relevant, and resonant ways, all while aligning with broader marketing and business goals. Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of experience across event marketing, project management, or demand generation, and a strong sense of how thoughtful experiences can shape audience perception and drive impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of high-impact experiences including large-scale conferences, field activations, partner events, direct mail campaigns, and sponsored engagements.

  • Manage sponsorship relationships ensuring we extract full value from every opportunity through strategic branding, speaking engagements, lead capture, and audience interaction.

  • Design experiences with purpose always considering how the format, message, and environment will resonate with our audience and elevate their experience.

  • Partner cross-functionally collaborate with brand, content, demand gen, product marketing, and sales to ensure consistency, clarity, and connection in everything we deliver.

  • Oversee project logistics including timelines, vendor management, contracts, staffing, and budget while ensuring flawless execution.

  • Track, measure, and report: Evaluate program effectiveness, gather insights, and continuously improve based on results and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in experiential or event marketing, sponsorships, project management, or demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programs from concept to completion.

  • Deep understanding of how brand experience can influence perception, build trust, and create long-term impact.

  • Impeccable organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality execution.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re able to align teams, vendors, and stakeholders around a clear vision.

  • Bonus points for familiarity with event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash), campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce), or project management systems.

Why This Role Matters

This isn’t about checking boxes or showing up with a booth. It’s about creating experiences people actually want to be part of — ones that are relevant, human, and aligned with the lives and challenges of our audiences. As our Events & Sponsorship Specialist, you’ll help us shift from event marketing to experience marketing — and ensure every touchpoint leaves a lasting impression.
