You set the standard for the Level99 experience. As a Keyholder, you’ll lead from the floor, take control of the shift, and step into the Manager on Duty role to keep the Venue running at a high level. You’ll work alongside the Team, make real-time decisions, and ensure every part of the operation stays on track. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as Manager on Duty, owning shift execution and overall Venue performance
- Lead the Team through active floor presence, real-time direction, and coaching
- Maintain control of Guest experience, safety, and policy enforcement across the Venue
- Oversee staffing, shift flow, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality experience
- Maintain accountability for cash handling, POS systems, and overall operational accuracy
- Support event execution and coordinate with internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude
OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a leader of people in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business
- Minimum 1 year experience as a keyholder in a previous position
- Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified
