Leads venue shifts as Manager on Duty, directing staff, overseeing guest experience and safety, enforcing policies, managing staffing and operations, handling cash and POS accuracy, and supporting event execution. Requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, physical stamina, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Leadership or keyholder experience, hospitality education, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are preferred but not required.

Leads traveling installation teams through entertainment venue builds and retrofits. Oversees installers, artists, trade sequencing, modular attractions, electro-mechanical systems, scenic elements, safety, budgets, schedules, equipment, and quality standards. Coordinates with project managers, construction teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and artists. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages reporting and logistics, and mentors team members while traveling more than 250 days annually.

Coordinates travel, shipping, receiving, inventory, expenses, schedules, documentation, vendors, and onboarding for traveling installation teams building and opening new entertainment venues. Supports artists and installers on-site, organizes staging areas, monitors project progress, resolves logistical issues, and communicates updates to management. The role requires extensive travel, irregular hours, physical lifting, and work in active construction environments.

Manage broad HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, investigations, policy compliance, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. Advise employees and managers, maintain HR records in UKG, support onboarding and development, and contribute to special projects. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and periodic travel among multiple venues.

Build and operate Level99’s cloud and venue infrastructure across multiple locations. Responsibilities include CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud networking, Ansible and AWX fleet management, monitoring, logging, alerting, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability management, incident response, and production support. The role also supports systems interfacing with venue hardware and establishes documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

Design, prototype, and test physical gameplay elements; create detailed 3D models and drawing packages; troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems; coordinate with internal teams and external fabricators; oversee production, installation, and documentation to ensure safe, reliable, and on-brand game experiences.
