Step into a role of Provider Relations Manager where you will be responsible for executing education provider management in support of the EdAssist education provider product portfolio for a portfolio of enterprise EdAssist clients. The manager will be responsible for maintaining and fulfilling client contracts and SOWs (Statements of Work) related to education providers and their custom networks.
The manager will participate in recruitmentand onboarding activities, maintain relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, and update agreements/contracts. Additionally, they will assist with provider performance reviews in standard and custom product delivery settings. They must have extensive client-facing experience and be comfortable working independently. Experience with higher education and workforce education industries—specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment—is highly desirable. The Manager will report to the Director of Provider Relations within the EdAssist Product Team.

Responsibilities:
Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:
Fulfills client SOWs and contractual obligations for the assigned portfolio of clients
Internal project management support
Maintain client custom networks, custom network assessments, reporting support and delivery to clients
Recruits and onboards education providers as part of standard and custom provider product delivery, engaging in initial outreach, agreement/contract negotiations, provider orientation/training, and similar activities.
Serves as primary point of contact for provider-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations for assigned portfolio of clients
Serves as internal SME (subject matter expert) for internal and client-facing project support
Proactively develops and grows strong partnerships with providers and clients to maintain current knowledge of provider offerings and to optimize outcomes.
Collects and analyzes provider/client alignment metrics to contribute to performance reviews and inform provider engagement strategy
Work closely with internal teams to facilitate provider product service delivery, quality control, and issue resolution.
Perform other related duties as assigned that support the objective of the position
Support the Director on client and provider-focused initiatives and product development
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor'sdegree
Experience Required: 3 years in partnership or account management or a position with similar requirements; higher education experience preferred.
Additional Job Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite required; Salesforce proficiency preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills including proficiency in client-facing communications
Proven project management skills
Evidence of being highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to work well across teams and in distance/work-from-home environments
Self-starter who is comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The annual starting salary for this position is $86,000 - $95,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
