🚀 Our Story

Partly is building the infrastructure for anyone to repair anything. We believe everything built should be repairable, and we're building frontier AI to put repair knowledge to work, starting with the $2tn automotive market.

Our model, Interpreter, is the first AI purpose-built to understand repair. Trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts, it reads a repair job the way an estimator does, resolves damage into the exact purchasable part, and shows its reasoning with a confidence score. On real production jobs, an estimator working with Interpreter reaches 98.8% parts-list accuracy, against 92.1% with today's tools. It powers PartlyRepair, used by collision shops, workshops and suppliers to take the admin off the job; PartlyLabs, the agentic infrastructure enterprises use to deploy Interpreter across their own workflows; and a developer API.

Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we've raised a $50m Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify), with Blackbird Ventures, WNDR, Activant Capital, Icehouse Ventures, Square Peg, Airtree and Ecliptic Venture Capital. Hear it from the team: Why Partly exists and AI at Partly.

🖍️ This role

As Partly's Enterprise Account Executive, you'll find, win and close multi-site operators (MSOs) for PartlyLabs: the national and regional collision and mechanical chains running hundreds of US shops.

This is an enterprise new-business role. You'll take each MSO from first meeting to signed pilot, and then to a network-wide agreement.

Why join now: Partly closed a $50M Series B led by DST Global and is scaling fast across the US, UK and Australasia, in a $1.9 trillion industry that modern software has barely touched. You'd be early, close to the founders, and given real ownership from day one.

You'll be selling something new into a market that runs on long-standing habits. If you like complex deals with many stakeholders, and you understand how parts move through a collision shop, this role is built for you.

💻 What will you do
  • Build and work the MSO pipeline. Map the US MSO market, prioritise accounts by volume and readiness, and open doors at operations, procurement and executive level.

  • Run complex enterprise deals. Manage multi-stakeholder cycles across operations, estimating, parts, IT and finance, from discovery through commercial negotiation.

  • Design pilots that convert. Scope pilots with Product and Solutions, agree measurable success criteria with the customer, and use the results to win the rollout.

  • Hand over cleanly. Partner with our MSO Account Manager so every signed customer reaches weekly active use across its sites.

  • Feed the playbook. Bring back what you learn on pricing, objections, integrations and buying process, so the next MSO deal moves faster.

🥷 Your skills
  • Closed enterprise deals in B2B software, data or platform sales, with deal cycles you can walk through in detail.

  • US automotive aftermarket or collision experience. You understand how MSOs buy, how shops source parts, and who signs off.

  • Multi-stakeholder selling. You've built consensus across operations, procurement, IT and the C-suite.

  • Pipeline discipline. You forecast honestly and keep your CRM accurate without being chased.

  • Builder mindset. You're excited by an early market with no playbook yet.

  • (Bonus) Sold into MSOs or dealer groups for an estimating, parts, DMS or shop management platform.

  • (Bonus) Early sales hire at a high-growth company.

Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many people count themselves out. We'd love the chance to learn more about you and why you're exceptional.

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
