Position Summary:

We are seeking an individual with passion for helping others and drive for success to join our enrollment team.  Neighborhood PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides comprehensive medical and social services to certain frail, community-dwelling individuals 55+, most of whom are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid benefits. 
The Enrollment Coordinator works directly with the prospective participant to ensure that the program benefits are well understood and that issues are resolved and needs met, resulting in a successful and timely enrollment.  Accomplished Enrollment Coordinators have shown to have excellent listening skills and utilize a needs based approach by offering solutions that best fit each individual‘s situation.  If you feel you have the skills we are looking for and want to be a part of our growing program then please apply.  
Compensation for this role consists of base salary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health related field, sales, marketing, or public relations (will consider relevant experience for the right candidate)
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in a role that involves sales, marketing, or similar activity within a health care environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with older adult population preferred (adults age 55+)

Salary: Starting at $59,800 up to $89,440 based on experience
