You:

  • Have mapped and automated workflows, giving time back to your users

  • Are experienced in iPaaS tools like Okta Workflows, Workato, InsightConnect, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft

  • Communicate well to various management levels

  • Enjoy designing technology and systems that enable great experiences

  • Work with team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business needs and goals

  • Like working in an Agile framework to incorporate stakeholder feedback to meet and exceed expectations

  • Have a tendency to double check everything and over-communicate

  • Like to experiment with designs and technologies, trying everything to get the experience the stakeholder is seeking

  • Can create tooling and integration with Systems and Applications

  • Think our toolset can always be better

Our Ideal candidate has:

  • 5 to 7 years of integration or automation engineering experience

  • Excellent technical, communication and relationship skills, along with IT and business savvy

  • 4+ years coordinating projects that involve vendors, stakeholders, and end users 

  • Has a College or University Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Proficient with one or more language, including but not limited to: Python, Ruby, Javascript, Go

  • Ability to deliver complex integrations solutions on an iPaaS like Workato or similar to meet business requirements

  • Proficiency with design, creation and modification of data flows between critical business applications

  • Experience with source to target mapping definitions and data transformations

  • Experience with the application of integration patterns to meet our evolving business needs

  • The ability to work directly with stakeholders to define and deliver on key objectives

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for junior team members

  • Conduct appropriate testing and documentation on software development projects

What does your typical day look like?

For the majority of the day it’s a mix of weekly check-ins with various teams, project updates, and the occasional brainstorm.

When I’m not in meetings I’ve got headphones in while planning, writing, or designing — at my desk or perched somewhere around the office.
