Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Define and develop MDM Strategy for multiple data domains for different business units that are aligned with business goals and best practices.
- Lead the design of comprehensive MDM Solution including data model, user interfaces, workflows, upstream and downstream integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align the MDM solution with the business requirement
- Provide technical leadership and lead the implementation by guiding the development teams to adhere to architectural standards, best practices and coding guidelines.
- Be Proactive and recommend alternate approaches for achieving business capabilities
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the end to end design and architecture of informatica MDM solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and SMEs
- Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to system capabilities to recommend optimal solution design
- Create and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents and technical presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Provide technical leadership during the implementation, guiding the development teams to ensure that the solution is built to architectural standards
- Evaluate new Informatica mdm capabilities and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the solution
- Collaborate with cross functional and multi national teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilities
- Develop different integration patterns to enable batch and near real-time integrations with applications
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- Extensive hands-on experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offering
- Strong understanding of Data modelling concepts for the SaaS platform. Ability to design efficient and scalable data models for master data entities
- Indepth knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols. Ability to design and implement seamless integration between Informatica MDM solution and other systems both in real-time and batch
- Ability to customize and configure Informatica MDM applications to accommodate business processes, workflows an user interfaces.
- Good knowledge of ActiveVOS for designing workflow components
Leadership
- Effectively communicate with varying levels of management i.e. GDT/DDT Executives, GDT/DDT Project Managers, Supplier Representatives, etc.
- Strong Technical leadership skills to guide technical teams, provide architectural guidance and drive successful MDM Implementations.
- Able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries
- Coordinate, manage and complete primary tasks and special projects with minimal oversight

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant field
- Skill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering
- Proven experience as a Solution architect in the Healthcare Professional domain, preferably for HCP domain implementation
- Indepth understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets and data management concepts.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions.
- Good understanding of DG Principles and DQ practices

U.S. Base Salary Range:
$133,000.00 - $209,000.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
