As a Senior Product Associate in Embedded Finance & Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
- Taking a product or feature from conception to successful market adoption.
- Fortify design and client focus to build product experience with the end-to-end client journey in mind.
- Coordinating with Operations and Technology to deliver strategic solutions.
- Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across departments.
- Ensure all risk management, legal, control, and compliance activities are done in line with JPMC standards in advance of product launch.
- Track project progress and report effectively on status, blockers and changes. Accountable for creating, maintaining and communicating schedules, scorecards and plans.
- Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities.
- Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology and functional partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Technical aptitude to allow for strong partnership on API first approach.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure.
- Demonstrated ability to meet growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businesses versus mature financial services products.
- Strong knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices.
- Understanding of the global payments industry.
