As a Private Bank Data Events Specialist Vice President you will be responsible for managing data and reporting for our highest impact events that have global participation and are held in key cities around the globe. You will also be responsible for building out the registration website/experience for these global signature programs and assist with special projects for the Asset Wealth Management CEO and support regional events on an ad hoc basis. The Private Bank Events Team partners with the business to deliver consistent, high-touch, distinctive client experiences and our events range from signature global events to small intimate programs, with a focus on new client acquisition, deepening relationships, increasing flows, while building our brand and adhering to global standards.

As a Private Bank Data Events Specialist Vice President you will be responsible for managing data and reporting for our highest impact events that have global participation and are held in key cities around the globe. Job responsibilities:
- Build and maintain all data and online aspects for signature global events including:
- Build out event registration websites on our event management platform
- Work with the Head of Special Projects to create event launch for the business
- Liaise with global event team partners to get nominations for signature events and compiling regional nominations for senior management review
- Review event nominations for accuracy
- Maintain RSVPs via PB event platform and driving all event reporting
- Develop deep understanding of data to offer efficiencies, invitee recommendations and ensure event criteria is accurately met
- Understand global data privacy rules and regulations and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Work on special events and projects for the AWM CEO, including some global mailings
- Provide event support for regional events teams on an ad hoc basis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 6+ years of work experience in events
- Excellent/advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and event management application proficiency
- Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift
- Flexibility to work long hours and travel as required
