Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

As an Early Talent Acquisition & Programs Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience in the world of recruiting, with a special focus on early career talent. This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and learn the essentials of talent acquisition while building skills that will set you apart.
What you'll do:
- Gain hands on talent acquisition experience including, leveraging sourcing tools, managing selection processes, interviewing and event planning.
- Support and participate in office and campus events (career fairs, info sessions, panels, etc.)
- Assist with intern and new hire onboarding and programming.
- Collaborate with the early talent team, contributing your ideas to implement process improvements and enhance talent acquisition practices and programs.
What You've Got
- You must be able to work full-time from July - December 2026.
- You have 0-2 years of professional work experience.
- You're an undergraduate student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field with a strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. We will not sponsor employment visas. Candidates who will require future sponsorship, including candidates on CPT/OPT/STEM-OPT who will require future sponsorship, are not eligible to apply.
- You are naturally curious and have a passion for learning
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You bring strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, and you're comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can adapt quickly.
