Job Description

Our Direct to Consumer ("DTC") team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced strategy professional who will build multi-year strategies and lead all aspects of value delivery. This role will work closely with the DTC commercial, experience, and technical teams to assess, design, build and implement strategies ranging from digital transformation commercialization to market analysis and distribution model design. The Strategy Lead must be a highly analytical, collaborative, self-starter with the ability to autonomously deliver multiple cross-functional initiatives or projects at once. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Deep understanding of direct to consumer business dynamics; consumer electronics industry a plus
  • Experience building multi-year strategies and driving alignment across key leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience creating and delivering global annual business plans; focus on growth and net-new revenue creation
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large, global enterprise transformation projects by partnering with both internal and external teams; capable of delivering mutiple, complex engagements or initiatives in-parallel
  • Knowledge of enterprise operating models and digital best practices including process, technology and organization design
  • Strong commercial acumen; experience performing financial modeling and business case creation
  • Proven experience communicating sophisticated topics to Senior Leadership; agile experience a plus

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate / DTC strategy or strategic finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics. MBA a plus
  • Experience working for or with professional service providers
  • Hybrid work model; three days in corporate office in Framingham, MA per week
