Position Summary: 

We are looking for a talented and passionate Director of Product to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be an independent, open-minded, goal-oriented, creative designer with sound common sense and business thinking, coupled with excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build intuitive, scalable features 
  • Translate business goals and user needs into detailed product requirements 
  • Prioritize the roadmap based on impact, data, and strategic alignment 
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide decision-making 
  • Partner with go-to-market and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts 
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML and SaaS trends 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 7+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS companies 
  • Strong experience working on AI/ML-enabled products (e.g., recommendation engines, LLMs, NLP tools, predictive analytics) 
  • Proven ability to ship and scale B2B products, ideally in fast-paced environments 
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 
  • Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup a huge plus
