RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be a master of modern technology with deep hands-on experience implementing innovative systems.

  • Extensive leadership experience across IT or Engineering in high-growth environments.

  • Pragmatic judgment around architecture and system design with the ability to balance speed, scalability, security, and employee experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to tackle a broad range of business challenges, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to direct system engineering and delivery.

  • Outstanding business partnership skills, capable of excellent storytelling, problem solving, and transparent communications.

  • Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and setting a high bar for quality and reliability.

  • High EQ and deep care for employee experience. Adept at finding creative solutions that balance business needs with removing friction for employees.

  • Think and act like a CFO: highly skilled at financial analysis; strong business acumen; high integrity stewardship of the company’s finances.
