What You'll Do: Commercial Strategy, Execution, and Growth
Commercial Strategy & Alignment
- Translate the commercial growth agenda into clear programs, workstreams, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
- Own the commercial action tracker and burn-down - keeping owners, dates, and status current as a single source of truth on execution health across the Marketing and Sales organizations.
- Establish and run the commercial operating rhythms (SCRs, weekly opportunity reviews) that reinforce accountability, transparency, and rapid decision-making.
Lead ACE & Commercial Intelligence
- Drive day-to-day execution of ACE across its workstreams - core OWW, Category Plan to Win, revenue growth management (RGM), and media / social analytics - holding partners and owners to the roadmap and timeline.
- Partner with Palantir, SharkNinja IT, and internal Commercial business teams to deliver the commercial command center build, automate the critical data feeds, stand up durable product ownership, and transition the ecosystem to a sustainable in-house operating model.
- Drive adoption across regions and functions; train teams; close operating-model gaps; and retire legacy manual reporting so reclaimed capacity redirects to forward-looking strategy.
- Ensure every insight becomes a quantified opportunity with a named owner, a dollar value, and an action plan - shrinking time-to-decision from weeks to minutes.
Cross-Functional Leadership & International Expansion
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional commercial problem-solving sessions ('hacks'), workshops, and category growth sessions to unlock priority outcomes.
- Lead and support international expansion execution - the distributor operating model and scorecard, market go-lives, and growth-market readiness.
- Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps across the commercial organization; design scalable solutions with clear owners and mechanisms.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance / FP&A, SS&A, and Product to resolve friction and accelerate alignment.
Performance Management & Value Realization
- Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance to measure commercial value creation and ROI on the ~$1.5B commercial investment pool.
- Partner with FP&A to cost and track initiatives (clear-down vs. build-back), optimize cross-lever investment, and report realized impact against target.
- Embed standardized processes, operating rhythms, and scalable best practices that strengthen commercial effectiveness market to market.
- 8+ years in commercial strategy and operations, revenue growth management, commercial transformation, or consulting into commercial organizations.
- Deep commercial acumen across the full funnel - Retail, Amazon / e-commerce, TikTok Shop and social commerce, D2C, media, trade, and pricing / promotion.
- Experience enabling AI- and tech/data-driven commercial decision-making is a requirement; exposure to Palantir Foundry or comparable platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional commercial initiatives with quantifiable revenue and margin outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen; comfort translating P&L, margin, and investment drivers into commercial levers.
- Expertise in KPI design, commercial operating rhythms (OWW / S&OP-type cadences), and performance governance.
- Exceptional communication, synthesis, executive presence, and the ability to simplify complexity for decision-makers.
- Global and international commercial experience; distributor and expansion-market exposure a plus.
- Consumer products experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Rarely Satisfied: You'll challenge the status quo every day, never settling for 'good enough' and always pushing for the next point of growth.
- Progress Over Perfection: You'll help teams move quickly, learn from small failures, and make the incremental moves that compound into commercial outcomes.
- Details Make the Difference: Your attention to detail will ensure opportunities are quantified, owned, and executed.
- Winning is a Team Sport: You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, and IT so cross-functional teams win together.
- Communicating for Impact: You'll deliver clear, honest communication so commercial priorities are understood and supported at every level.
