The Director of Demand Generation will lead Teikametrics' performance marketing, driving revenue through digital campaigns and lifecycle engagement while managing a team of marketers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Demand Generation will lead Teikametrics’ performance marketing and growth strategy, owning end-to-end digital performance across customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and pipeline acceleration. This senior role will drive revenue and lead growth by designing and scaling full-funnel digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs. You will lead a team of marketers while collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing execution with company goals.You will bring expertise in paid media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution modeling, and data-driven testing frameworks. Your strategic oversight and hands-on ability to dig into campaign data, automation tools, and platform capabilities will shape how we scale our marketing investment for impact.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic display, native, and retargeting platforms
- Own campaign architecture, channel strategy, annual and monthly budget allocation by channel + vendor + tactic to meet pipeline and revenue goals
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (CAC, CPL, ROAS, SQLs, pipeline contribution)
- Drive experimentation across creatives, copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and conversion rates
- Develop and manage the end-to-end event marketing strategy—including booth presence, pre/post-show campaigns, and onsite engagement—for key trade shows and conferences
- Plan and execute exclusive VIP events (e.g., executive dinners, partner meetups) to drive account-based marketing outcomes and deepen customer relationships
- Lead cross-functional funnel optimization initiatives from ad impression to closed/won revenue, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing
- Implement robust A/B and multivariate testing programs across landing pages, email journeys, and ad creatives
- Integrate Teikametrics’ data insights to personalize customer experiences and improve ad relevance
- Partner with Product and Data teams to improve attribution accuracy and conversion analytics using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Oversee all lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding, nurturing, retention, and re-engagement
- Build behavior-based automation workflows and segmentation strategies to maximize engagement across the customer journey
- Analyze and optimize email performance and in-product messaging for user activation and upsell
- Own performance marketing dashboards, insights, and reporting cadences across leadership and GTM teams
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to conduct ROI analyses, LTV modeling, and cohort analyses
- Regularly present campaign insights and strategy adjustments to executive leadership
- Lead and coach a growing team of marketers, driving high performance and individual development
- Align closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure messaging consistency and campaign synergy
- Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Marketing and GTM leadership to evolve growth goals and investment plans.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and evaluate emerging tools, trends, and channels in performance marketing (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon DSP)
- Drive the use of Teikametrics’ proprietary tools such as Predictive AI Bidding and Market Intelligence to guide campaign targeting and spend efficiency
- Build case studies from successful growth experiments to share learnings across the organization

WHO YOU ARE
- 7–10 years of B2B SaaS or ecommerce marketing experience, with significant ownership of paid media and performance strategy
- Proven track record of driving revenue through digital campaigns and full-funnel marketing programs
- Deep hands-on expertise with paid search, paid social, programmatic, and attribution models
- Advanced knowledge of marketing platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing direct reports and external agencies or vendors
- Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) or retail media platforms (Amazon DSP, Teikametrics)
