About the RoleOur client, a leading customer experience software company, runs a program that helps early stage startups scale through best-in-class support solutions, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. They are looking for a versatile, results-driven digital marketer to join on a part time contract. You will own demand and lead generation campaigns across paid media, webinars, and outbound channels, with a clear goal: drive qualified leads and grow program signups. The ideal candidate is adaptable, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple channels independently in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
- Plan, promote, and execute demand and lead generation marketing plans to drive program acquisition through paid media, webinars, and web placements
- Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across web, email, LinkedIn, social media, and paid advertising channels
- Support additional digital marketing efforts, including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis
- Craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to distinct audience segments
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and iterate to optimize results
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align on goals, lead quality, and follow-up strategies
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools to manage campaigns and reporting
- 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of startups and the startup ecosystem
- Proven experience executing paid media, web, webinar, and other lead generating campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Product Hunt
- Strong command of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media outreach, paid ads, and content marketing
- Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar) and marketing automation/CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting ability
- Data-driven approach focused on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Marketing copywriting expertise
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Demonstrated success driving lead generation and increasing program signups
- Experience with account based marketing campaigns on LinkedIn
Key Details
Start Date: June, 2026
Contract Duration: Through October 31, 2026. Possibility of extension
Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours per week (4hr/day, 4 days/week)
Location: Remote (US based)
Compensation: $65-$75/hr
