Overview

As a Digital Marketing Engineer, you'll turn buyer signals into action. You'll build the pipelines that route the right audience into the right campaign and get existing content in front of people who are already showing intent, whether that's a prospect, an industry analyst, or an investor. You'll work directly inside 7AI's marketing systems and ad-targeting tools, partnering with creative and content to make sure what goes out actually lands.

What you'll do
  • Monitor buyer and intent signals and turn them into next steps instead of letting them sit unused.

  • Build the systems that take those signals and push them into ad platforms, creating targeted LinkedIn and Google campaigns and ad variants by audience.

  • Get 7AI's existing content in front of the right audience at the right time rather than sending the same message to everyone.

  • Work hands-on in 7AI's marketing systems and ad-targeting tools to build and maintain these workflows.

  • Design and launch campaigns and experiments quickly, rather than working through long agency-led cycles.

  • Measure campaign performance using data, including conversion tracking, UTMs, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tied to pipeline impact.

  • Partner with creative and content teams on campaign assets and other collateral.

What we're looking for
  • Experience operating marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Experience launching paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including audience activation, retargeting, and performance optimization.

  • Experience connecting buyer signals, enrichment, campaign workflows, and sales routing into a measurable end-to-end motion.

  • Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools such as Clay, Influ2, or Demandbase is a plus.

  • Comfort turning an idea into a measurable test quickly, and accepting that most tests will not work.

  • A track record of generating new approaches independently rather than waiting for direction; you're genuinely curious about what might work.

  • Experience marketing to technical or enterprise audiences, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
