Deal Desk Analyst

Join Quickbase’s Revenue Operations team as a Deal Desk Analyst, where you’ll be the critical bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal. You’ll own the quote-to-cash process, ensuring deal accuracy while building scalable processes that support our growth. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and plenty of room to grow your career in RevOps.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the deal review process: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure appropriate offers and accelerate deal cycles to close.
  • Serve as the go-to resource on deal workflows, pricing, approvals, and contract terms.
  • Provide pricing guidance, creative solutions, and timely responses to deal desk inquiries.
  • Manage our quote-to-cash process, including administration and optimization recommendations. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance and legal to recommend changes to processes, pricing & packaging, billing structures, changes in approvals, etc.
  • Create standard operating procedures, automate manual tasks, and identify efficiencies to support scale.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data across Salesforce and deal-related systems.
  • Manage our Deal Review Council and work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to streamline processes and reduce ambiguity.
  • Identify training opportunities and collaborate with Sales Enablement to upskill teams on deal best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk.
  • Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, deal structures, and revenue models.
  • Strong business operations background — including process design, system workflows, and project execution.
  • Salesforce or CPQ experience a plus.

Who You Are

  • Detail-obsessed: You sweat the small stuff to deliver clean, accurate results.
  • Collaborative: You thrive when partnering across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Solution-oriented: You balance compliance with creativity to close complex deals.
  • Growth-minded: You love scaling processes and are excited to own automation initiatives.
  • Reliable: People can count on you to deliver, even under pressure.
