Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Strategy, Planning & Analytics, this position is a critical leadership role on a transformational analytics team charged with managing total commercial analytics and planning across retail, direct to consumer, media and competitive insights. This associate will be responsible for leading the transformation of SharkNinja Global Demand Planning processes in an incredibly dynamic and cross functional environment. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, seasoned strategic team member who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data driven atmosphere.

Global Demand Planning

• Lead Global SharkNinja consensus process with consistent processes and deliverables in each country – US, CA, UK, Europe, Japan, and Rest of World
• Build out a Global demand planning cadence and structure and refine existing processes to create a best in class approach to SharkNinja planning
• Drive global connectivity across supply and demand by developing an 18-month rolling global forecasting process
• Partner with Supply and Strategic Sales to develop a strong Global Portfolio Management process
• Partner with Supply Planning to ensure all plans are executed flawlessly
• Manage Global SharkNinja allocation process and partner with Sales and Supply Planning to execute
• Directly manage the Global Demand Planning team responsible for setting cadence, structure and partnering with regional demand teams
• Directly manage US demand planning organization responsible for partnering with Sales to develop and pressure test monthly sales forecasting
• Stay in tune with global POS trends and be a dot connector between the Commercial organization and Supply Planning
• Leverage market data, media investment, promotional activity to support dot connecting across the business and pressure test the overall forecast by category for the US market

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of relevant work experience within analytics, category management and/or planning functions
• Has led and developed teams of planners to drive business decision making across various functions
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges on the executive level
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
