Your role at Dynatrace
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Data Science Intern to join our Sales Analytics team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in predictive analytics and data wrangling, contributing to solving real business problems using data science.
Dates of Internship: June 9 - August 15, 2025
40 hours per week; Tues - Thursday in office; Boston office (Local candidates only)
Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
$22 - 30 per hour (based on educational level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Analytics team to develop predictive models and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Perform data wrangling and preprocessing to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work on projects using sales data to identify our highest value customers, enabling the business to optimize sales strategies and target companies with the highest ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.


What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a Data Science program or a related field.
  • Strong interest in solving business problems using data science techniques.
  • Experience with data wrangling and preprocessing.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Exposure to databases like Snowflake, Postgres, or MySQL.
