Hi, we’re AMBOSS and seeking a hands-on CRM Marketing Manager for our International Team!

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.
Why can this position be exciting for you?At AMBOSS, we are on a mission to support doctors worldwide—and to make that happen, we need to connect with them in the right way: finding the right channels. Expanding our international marketing efforts through localization and market customization is a top priority, and we’re investing heavily in this area. As the CRM Marketing Manager for our International Team you will bring this vision to life and play a very crucial role in the successful implementation of our international marketing expansion plans.
You will:Focus on the implementation and optimization of multichannel campaigns and automations via Braze - our CRM system.
Support the execution of AMBOSS' promotional campaigns.
Work very closely with different teams to advise and support them in the development and implementation of campaigns.
Support delivery of all CRM activity in our key markets, including optimisation and reporting, performance metrics and ROI.
Support development, testing, and deployment of new CRM channels for AMBOSS, such as Push.
Leverage data and customer insight to constantly improve the engagement of our campaigns and channel ROI.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share
You are familiar and very curious about new technologies
Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript
Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
You see challenges as opportunities and approach them with a proactive, solution oriented mindset
You like working in a dynamic environment, stay on top of deadlines and ensuring structure in projects
