As our Art Director Intern, you will...

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Learn what makes our clients tick and how they can tick better
  • Collaborate with our creative team to bring innovative concepts and campaign ideas to life across traditional, digital, and social channels
  • Design elements for social communities
  • Embrace a variety of other exciting activities as assigned by your manager/mentor

These are the qualifications we’re looking for 

  • Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate (rising junior or rising senior) or recent graduate from an accredited college/university who wants to gain experience in design 
  • Passionate about learning and growing within the creative department
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Tools - Adobe Suite and Figma, plus but not required 
  • A portfolio of what that makes us think, "This person gets it!”
  • First Generation college students strongly encouraged to apply
  • The internship program will be hybrid—approximately 2 days/week in office
  • MERGE does not provide any form of housing reimbursement/stipend
  • You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role

Paid Internship: $18/hr

Duration: 10 weeks between June 2, 2025 - August 7, 2025, 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)
