This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the firm’s marketing activities in support of its company branding and business development activities.

- Assist with company’s website content management
- Support SRS’s social media presence including the company’s LinkedIn, to ensure they are current and populated with current news about SRS
- Help with coordination of webinar series, including the scheduling of webinars, sending invites, and follow-up with attendees
- Conduct research on market industry trends and competition
- Provide assistance with the administration of the CRM system, specifically HubSpot
- Contribute to the development of promotional and explainer videos
- Partner with writers and designers (both internal and external) with content development and design strategies
- Coordinate with the event process
- Contribute to other marketing projects as required
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with relevant work experience and/or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business Administration
- Strong communication and project management mindset
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
- Familiarity with project management tools (Click Up) and CRM (HubSpot) platforms a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe suite, Social Media platforms (X, LinkedIn, etc.) and remote collaboration tools (i.e., Teams, etc.)
- Strong self-management and motivation with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Creative mindset with logistical savvy – able to pivot and problem solve under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
- Ability to work effectively independently, take direction, and absorb information quickly
