Corporate Communications Associate
Duties: Media Relations: tracking and monitoring target media; capturing and assessing coverage; daily online monitoring of industry and media developments; collaborating with the PR team to create new storylines and craft timely media pitches. Supporting CEO and other C-Suite Communications: Repurposing, drafting from scratch, and/or leveraging existing digital images, digital video, web content, online media coverage and other digital content to reach stakeholders on behalf of CEO and other Corporate officers. Also responsible for supporting crisis communication implementation and ESG reporting. Writing: Drafting press releases and media pitches to announce Revvity’s product launches, collaborations, new research and other newsworthy items; bylines, Q&As, executive summaries; supporting creation of presentations and briefing documents. Newsroom Maintenance: Responsible for updating Company website/newsroom with press announcements, noteworthy media coverage and other content to engage media and other stakeholders. APAC liaison: Serving as a liaison with APAC PR and social media team members to translate and disseminate information. Research & Development: Developing editorial calendars and targeted media/influencer lists; and supporting development of quarterly business reports.

Basic Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s degree in public relations, the media (print/broadcast), digital media, External Corporate Communications, Emerging Media Studies or related field of study, and 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving Public Relations in healthcare environment. Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: media research databases such as Cision, Muck Rack, or Critical Mention to develop and update media lists for specific campaigns; using wire services to upload and distribute press releases such as Business Wire; posting and researching content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and WeChat; using creative platforms such as Adobe to create social media templates and other related applications; uploading information to Company website and intranet; collaborating/counseling C-Suite executives in preparation for media briefings, social media postings and internal communications; Microsoft Office; and working with global partners in APAC region. Telecommuting permitted. Must come to the office as needed. Must reside in MA.
