Continuous Improvement Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a/an Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
In this role, the intern will be applying Lean tools to improve the Bedford Operation by reducing the waste.
What You’ll Do:
• 6S audits
• TDM Board updates
• X Matrix Bowler Chart Updates
• Gemba walks
• 6S Patrol
What We Seek:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Some leadership strengths

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Experience with basic Microsoft tools such as excel and power-point

• Ability to understand theory and then adjust for real world projects

• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
• Exposure to Lean tools
• Some Lean certification
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
• Mechanical or Industrial engineering Freshman or Sophomore
• 1 year of experience
