Under the direct supervision of a manager, you plan and organize cross-functional projects and develop consumer-centric objectives and strategies in response to business needs. You also interact independently with stakeholders.
How you will contribute
You will deliver on single and multi-stage projects, meeting standards and time frames by designing research and producing quality, actionable data. You will lead development of learning plans and all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research and sensory methods and ensure that it is translated into a cohesive story. To that end, you will interpret results, report and present findings, and make recommendations that contribute to decision making. In this role, you may also lead descriptive panels, training, data analysis, reporting and assess panelist's performance, interact with your peers, junior developers/marketing and other colleagues, and may take on supervisory responsibility when completing assignments. This role requires understanding and the application of multivariate statistical methods to gain deeper understanding and insights from the research. Teamwork is essential in this position. You will partner with key stakeholders (R&D and Commercial/Insights) and cross-functional team to ensure that the work is aligned with strategic priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and the highest standards of work and environment, health and safety are maintained.

Highly motivated BS or MS degree in Food Science, Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Food Technology, Food Chemistry or similar.
Job specific requirements:
1-3 years of experience, preferably in the food industry and/or in consumer and sensory studies
Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
Travel requirements:

This hybrid opportunity is based in East Hanover, NJ, and requires attendance in the office three days per week.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
