Position overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and follow up on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Support leadership with research, data gathering, and preparing briefing materials.
Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
This will be a Part time remote opportunity.
