We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible coins, trading cards, Funko Pops!, video games, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.

We’re looking for a high-impact Consignment Director to join the PSA Marketplace Sales team. This leader will own the full cycle of sourcing, valuing, negotiating, and closing consignment opportunities across trading cards, memorabilia, and related collectibles. You will drive GMV growth by activating your network, delivering accurate and trusted valuations, and offering a white-glove experience that positions PSA as the premier destination for consignors.

This is a quota-carrying role that blends valuation expertise, marketplace strategy, business development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate brings deep Hobby knowledge, proven experience valuing and pricing trading cards, and a track record of building scalable consignment pipelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute a consignment growth strategy that aligns to PSA’s GMV targets and marketplace priorities.

  • Develop and own go-to-market strategy for onboarding consignors across multiple segments (collectors, retailers, breakers, dealers).

  • Travel extensively (15+ industry events annually) to source inventory, deepen relationships, and represent PSA as a trusted marketplace partner.

  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, value, negotiate, and close consignment agreements.

  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline discipline, track conversion rates, and forecast performance with precision.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketplace Sales, Lending, Vault, and Marketing) to deliver a seamless consignor experience.

  • Own the numbers: consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales and GMV goals

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in the Hobby: 2+ years of sales, business development, or consignment experience in the trading card or collectibles industry.

  • Valuation expert: Deep knowledge of card comps, pricing trends, auction dynamics, and market cycles.

  • Marketplace strategist: Skilled in building and executing consignment strategies that scale across channels.

  • Proven closer: Strong record of driving six- and seven-figure deals independently and exceeding targets.

  • Networked and visible: Strong relationships across the industry and willingness to travel to 15+ events annually to grow presence and secure consignments.

  • Commercially minded: Skilled in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and delivering win-win outcomes.

  • Collaborative operator: Works effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive results.

  • Dynamic: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift with the market.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
