The Hotels Supply team plays a key role in shaping how hotels show up on the Airbnb platform. As a multidisciplinary team, we collaborate with hotel and connectivity partners to conceptualize and develop high-quality, repeatable, and commercially viable offerings that align with Airbnb’s brand values.

The Difference You Will Make:

In this role, you will provide specialist API support and act as a subject matter expert for connectivity. Your responsibilities include conducting analysis and technical troubleshooting to solve complex problems, monitoring key metrics like API success rates, and ensuring timely error resolution. You'll serve as a technical point of contact for both internal and external partners, offering expert insight into partner systems. You'll also help improve internal knowledge bases and training materials so teams can independently handle API-related questions.

A Typical Day:

  • Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal and external systems, including connectivity issues, to proactively mitigate partner impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical integrations across Property Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Central Reservation Systems to provide targeted client support
  • Educate clients on product updates and share partner feedback with internal stakeholders
  • Implement and oversee effective troubleshooting processes, escalating as needed
  • Identify patterns in data and feedback to improve services and products
  • Research technical information to deepen your understanding and support decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of technical communication materials such as policies, procedures, and presentations.

Your Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Connectivity or Technical Partner Manager role
  • Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software
  • Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, and Excel
  • Solid technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy—being an Airbnb host is a plus

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
