What You’ll Do as a Coffee Sales Representative

This isn’t your typical mall kiosk role. It’s a frontline position in the future of premium retail, and you’ll be the face of it.

  • Be the first touchpoint. Greet guests with style, confidence, and curiosity. Introduce them to the brand and deliver first impressions that stick.
  • Let the coffee speak. Use premium samples to tell the story: taste, tech, and convenience.
  • Ignite interest. Explain the magic of Cometeer in a way that sparks connection and conversion.
  • Own your growth. Your drive fuels your income and the future of your career. Top performers rise fast. Many of our specialists have advanced into leadership positions in just months.
  • Close with confidence. You’ll turn tastings into loyal subscribers, offering a product that genuinely sells itself.

What to Expect From the Hiring Process

We move fast, and we look for people who do too. Professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Apply through this job post.
  2. Check your email. If selected, you’ll receive scheduling instructions for a virtual interview. Follow directions carefully.
  3. First Pitch (Virtual): Meet a Regional Sales Manager and deliver a short, scripted pitch to showcase your communication skills.
  4. Final Pitch (In Person): Visit a kiosk and deliver a live pitch to the Store Manager in a real-time setting.

We aim to make the interview process speedy often making hiring decisions within 3-7 days after a candidate has completed the interview process.

What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for high-end coffee, premium experiences, or future-forward brands
  • Background in customer service, direct sales, or client acquisition
  • Charisma, professionalism, and strong communication skills
  • High energy, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation with a desire to grow inside a breakout brand
Schedule & Availability 
  • Located : Natick Mall 
  • Part-Time (to start)
  • Performance-based path can provide the option for Full-Time positions (30+ hrs/week)
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Compensation & Perks
  • Base Pay: $20/hour
  • Commission: $20+ per new subscription
  • Full-Time Benefits (30+ hrs/week):

  • Must be 18+
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
