We’re looking for a creative, community-driven marketer to grow and engage our audience across social and digital platforms. This role goes beyond posting on social media; you’ll shape how our brand shows up, foster advocacy, experiment with non-traditional B2B channels (including Reddit) and emerging platforms showing notable influence within LLM responses. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you’ll tie social strategy into larger marketing programs while collaborating on webinars, co-marketing, and influencer partnerships, and crafting content that sparks conversation and builds lasting engagement.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and emerging platforms with a focus on engagement and advocacy.
- Respond to and engage in current and emerging online community spaces that source LLMs (such as Reddit, Quora, etc).
- Build and nurture influencer and community partnerships; amplify the voices of PIoneers, advocates, and users.
- Develop and manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and broader marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to align paid and organic strategies for win-win results.
- Partner cross-functionally to connect social media to larger programs and to track, measure, and report performance consistently.
- Monitor cultural and social trends; bring creativity and fun into brand presence through timely, engaging content (e.g. National Days, videos with PIoneers, trending formats).
- Drive efficiencies by testing new processes, workflows, and AI Tools to boost creativity and output.
- Support executive social alignment with company pages.
- Take on projects and vendor management tasks to free up capacity for other Demand Generation initiatives.
- 2-4 years of Social Media / Community Engagement experience with proven success in driving engagement.
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit; curiosity about emerging platforms.
- Experience cultivating and moderating authentic online communities.
- Familiarity with influencer management and community partnerships.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience reporting on engagement metrics and campaign success.
- Proficiency with social/content creation tools.
AI-first mindset; curious, willing, and able to leverage AI to boost efficiency, creativity, and results.
- Collaborative and confident; willing to challenge ideas, disagree respectfully, and commit to team decisions.
This role’s day-to-day
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our community, Demand Generation, and Brand. You’ll bring creative campaigns to life, keeping engagement high, and ensuring social media is tightly woven into the larger marketing strategy. You’ll experiment, iterate, and bring energy and cultural relevance to our community spaces.
A typical day might include:
- Publishing content across platforms and engaging directly with followers, influencers, and community members.
- Showing up in Reddit threads and building out potential community spaces.
- Brainstorming new campaign ideas (with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Demand Generation).
- Partnering with influencers and advocates to co-create content.
- Checking-in on performance dashboards, and sharing insights across Marketing.
- Experimenting with AI tools or new formats to improve content and workflow.
- Spotting cultural trends and quickly translating them to PI-relevant opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- AI-first mindset: Curious and eager to leverage AI tools to boost creativity, efficiency, and output.
- Beyond posting: Passionate about social media as a strategic growth and engagement lever, not just a publishing channel.
- Collaborative challenger: Willing to push back when needed, contribute new perspectives, and commit to team decisions.
- Cross-functional connector: Excited to connect social media strategy to broader marketing programs, campaigns, and emerging platforms.
- Growth alignment: Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align paid and organic strategies for mutual impact.
- Trendspotter & culture driver: Bring energy and fun by tracking cultural/social trends, experimenting with formats, and creating content that reflects and engages our PIoneer community.
- Data-driven partner: Comfortable working with RevOps processes to track, measure, and report results consistently.
