Job DescriptionAt Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience software, we're seeking a Contracts Manager to provide support and assistance to our SVP, General Counsel and the legal department on contracts negotiation, corporate subsidiary entity management, and legal operations.

What will you do day to day here at Nexthink?
- Contracts Management: Look for new technology to make deal-making and contract management easier. At the same time, ensure that our current systems are operating appropriately. Implement and maintain contracts management policies, procedures, and playbooks. Ongoing support of legal technology tools.
- Contracts Negotiation: Under the guidance of legal counsel, review and negotiate NDAs and contracts, ensuring compliance with standard playbooks.
- Entity Management: Prepare and file documentation related to entity management, maintaining comprehensive corporate files and records, including a legal and corporate entity calendar for global subsidiaries.
- Equity Management: Under guidance of counsel, administer legal aspects of corporate equity plans in collaboration with Finance and People& Talent teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with General and Administrative functions to support corporate reporting and compliance requirements, fostering well-developed interdepartmental relationships.
- Documentation Drafting: Create and review simple forms and correspondence, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
- Executive Correspondence: Facilitate communication with senior executives under the direction of legal counsel, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Project Management: Lead and manage legal department initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Internal Legal Support: Provide support for internal legal processes and adapt to new tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and anticipatory problem-solving.
