Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex CNC system issues
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC control systems including PLCs, HMIs and motion control interfaces
- Contribute to machine runoff standardization
- Support machine connectivity
- Collaborate with IT, maintenance, and manufacturing teams
- Creating “How to” documents
- Work in a highly dynamic, collaborative, and global team environment
- Coordinate several concurrent projects
- Approximately 10-25% travel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in CNC programming, applications, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- CNC commissioning
- Servo motor/control tuning of CNC drives (i.e. PI/PID controllers, low pass & notch filters etc.)
- Multi-axis CNC setup & calibration
- Developed procedural documentation
- Okuma OSP control experience
- Siemens 840DSL and SinumerikOne experience
- Familiarity with on-machine probing macros

The base pay range for this position is 98,300-163,800 Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 1, 2025.
