About the Role

Our Partnerships team is growing! We’re seeking a Channel Account Manager for the East Region. In this role you will develop the channel strategy for the region, and execute on that strategy with existing and new channel partners. You have strong experience managing the Eastern Region, and working closely with National Partners.

What You'll Do

  • Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel community

  • Manage a portfolio of high performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals including sales objectives and marketing activities

  • Serve as the SME for all partner related activity within your sales regions

  • Be a trusted advisor and business partner to the Cyberhaven sales team

  • Develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners on working with Cyberhaven

  • Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, requirements, etc.

  • Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures

  • Measure and report on the success of regional partners

  • Help with recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new partners

  • Measured on: DR goals, Pipeline goals

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within cybersecurity, ideally in DLP, insider risk, or adjacent security solutions

  • 3+ years in channel sales or channel management, with a proven track record of driving partner revenue and building relationships with VARs, MSPs, and distributors in the SaaS space.

  • Experience planning, supporting, or executing partner-related events and field marketing activities

  • Strong ability to create and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, and develop/document program guidelines for both internal and external audiences

  • Proven ability to position and differentiate security and SaaS solutions in a competitive market.

  • Tech savvy and has an AI first mindset leveraging modern tools to improve productivity

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Based in New York, NY or Boston, MA
