Canvasser Full-time | $24/hr base + commission ($400–$500+/week extra!)

What You'll Earn: Base pay of $24/hr, with total average pay reaching $24–$35/hr when commission is factored in — with top performers earning $1,000+/week in commission alone!
What You'll Do:
- Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
- Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
- Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
- Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings
What You Need:
- People skills from sales, retail, or customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+
- Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour
