Canvasser Full-time | $24/hr base + commission ($400–$500+/week extra!)

Hit the ground running this summer — get outside, walk your community, and earn great money while the weather is at its best! We hold multiple paid training classes every month, so there's never been a better time to join the team!

What You'll Earn: Base pay of $24/hr, with total average pay reaching $24–$35/hr when commission is factored in — with top performers earning $1,000+/week in commission alone!

What You'll Do:

  • Knock on 60+ doors a day, talking to residents about no-cost home energy assessments
  • Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
  • Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
  • Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed!)
  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings

What You Need:

  • People skills from sales, retail, or customer service
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 18+
  • Comfortable talking to new people and traveling up to 1 hour
