As a Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will be a valued team member of the Enterprise Operations team reporting to the Transformation & Integration Leader.  

In this role you will work cross-functionally supporting highly cross-functional strategic initiatives to implement and drive Revvity’s Operating Model, including driving key transformation projects along the roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership and workstream leads to drive initiatives which support our Operating Model implementation
  • Manage the overall execution of strategic initiatives, including:
    • Work cross-functionally with business leaders to develop, implement, and execute detailed project plans
    • Proactively identify risks and escalate appropriately
    • Organize, facilitate, and create content for all meetings and workshops (e.g., core team working sessions, cross-functional pulses, leadership and SteerCo updates)
    • Synthesize complex information and summarize content for appropriate stakeholders
    • Provide guidance and direction to workstreams and functions
  • Drive alignment with broader enterprise initiatives and guide project teams accordingly

Expectations:

  • Ability to adapt and problem solve even when not a subject-matter expert related to the project at hand
  • Comfortable working both with internal and external stakeholders and keeping teams to plan and timeline
  • Understand when to pivot approach and/or escalate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree (Scientific, Business Administration or a related field is preferred)
  • A minimum of eight (8) years related experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements:

  • A proven track record in leading successful, cross-functional business activities
  • Results-driven with excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate and lead within a regulated environment
  • Expertise in dealing with all levels of management and ability to work in a matrix organizational structure
  • Excellent team player
  • Hold self and cross functional team members accountable for deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience partnering with acquisitions, and integration is ideal but not required
  • General knowledge of major business processes and structures is ideal but not required
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences and Diagnostics industry is idea but not required
