The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into valuable clients for Multiplier.
This role requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills & QualificationMinimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German) an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies
Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and networking, with a focus on EMEA-based companies
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to convert leads into paying clients, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling existing products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and execute sales strategies
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate the value proposition of Multiplier's products
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
