Zafran is looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in New York City. As a BDR, you will be a key player in our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role is perfect for a sales professional early on in their career, looking to help scale out a game-changing enterprise solution and develop their sales career. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a drive to overachieve, we want to hear from you.
- Ability to work a hybrid environment, with regular in-office presence (approximately 3 days a week) at our NYC office.
- +1-2 years of proven experience in a business development or similar sales role.
- Experience working in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar industries is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and assertive communication style, with the ability to confidently challenge perspectives when needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented hunter mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluency with SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
