Business Development Manager (Restoration / Construction) - Boston, MA$60,000 – $85,000 Base + Commission
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the restoration and construction industry. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative plans to achieve revenue targets.Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients, fueling long-term growth. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within restoration, mitigation, and construction markets
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support growth initiatives
- Manage pipeline and track activity using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Support client onboarding and ensure strong customer experience
- Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or service-based B2B sales preferred
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred

- Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 + (Commission)
