KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform leadership decisions and strategic priorities.
- Deliver clear, concise, and actionable analysis and recommendations in written and visual formats to support executive and frontline initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize and automate processes and data sources, ensuring tool consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with business units and leadership to identify improvement opportunities, assess tool usage, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Champion standardization of reporting and workflow processes, including documentation and knowledge transfer across teams.
- Support change management efforts by gathering requirements, facilitating user feedback, and training end users on new tools or processes.
- Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and tools that support strategic planning, performance tracking, and business decision-making across departments and regions.
- Provide thought leadership and analysis that drives the decommissioning, optimization, or redesign of outdated or inefficient systems.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal data questions, escalating technical issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, etc.).
• Understanding of data integration concepts and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow automation, and reporting design.
Behavioral Skills:
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
